Welcome Vendors Past and Future!

It is almost time for the 2011 Pride Festival and Parade. For the second year the event will be held at Eureka’s Halvorsen Park on September 10th, 2011. We are looking forward to celebrating and would like you to be a part of it! We are currently accepting vendor applications for this year’s event in three different categories:

• Non-Profit Educational or Informational Vendors
• Profit Vendors (Non-Food)
• Food Vendors

This event has the potential to be everything PRIDE should be: time with your
family, friends, and community, time spent having fun, and being proud of what we find in ourselves and in others around us. You are receiving this letter because we value your business and the ways you continually contribute to our communities. Some of you may have been involved in past Prides and we would love for you to be involved in the festival this year.

Please consider submitting a vendor application by email or by snail mail to the address below, to be part of this family style event. With your help, it will include entertainment, Shopping, Local Non-Profit Community Organizations, and GREAT FOOD! Deadline for complete vendor applications with applicable fees and licenses is August 10th, 2011.

Vendor Category and Space Fee
Non-Profit Educational or Informational Booth
$10.00


Profit Booth (Arts, Crafts, Misc.)

A Table and 2 Chairs can be provided for an additional $15.00


• This is a rain or shine event; please bring tents in case of rain.
• All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• All vendors will be REQUIRED to recycle.
• If you represent more than one group, contact us for a discounted booth rate.
• Platinum and Gold Sponsors of this event receive their space fee for free.

All Vendors are required to provide the following:


• Completed Application
• Space/Equipment Fees
• Hold Harmless Agreement, Waiver and Release
Profit & Food Vendors are required to provide the following:
• CA Seller’s Permit number http://www.boe.ca.gov/info/reg.htm#sales
• List of power needs, how many outlets, wattage, etc.
Food Vendors are required to provide and complete the following:
• All permitting processes and regulations set by the Humboldt County
Division of Environmental Health (hand washing stations, food safety, etc.)
• City of Eureka Food Permit Fees are $61.00 and can be made out to
Humboldt Pride. We will pay all of the Food Permit Fees at one time.
